    Descriptions

    The product is applicable for monitoring the density of SF6 gas in sealed vessels. It can display gas density value on the site. When the gas density reaches the set value, the contact device will send an alarm and control signals. Gas filling, micro-water test and calibration can be implemented without removal of the SF6 gas density relay so as to prevent unnecessary leak of SF6 gas during these procedures. lt can be widely used for composite apparatus, circuit breakers, pole-mounted switches, transformers, mutual inductors and other electric equipment. lt also provides solutions for new transformer substations and intelligent reconstruction of existing transformer substations.

     

    Product Features:

    1. Electric contact switch design realizes accurate and reliable SF6 gas monitoring functions.
    2. With temperature compensation, the compensation performance is stable and the detection precision is high.
    3. On-site display values and output contact signals are not affected by external conditions including the altitude and ambient temperature change.
    4. Core elements are made of imported materials with high precision.
    5. Good shockproof performance.
    6. There are three contact groups at most, which can realize several options including overpressure alarm, double alarm or double lock. These functions make the monitoring safer and more reliable.
    7. Gas filling, micro-water test and calibration can be implemented without removal of the SF6 gas density relay, which make it easy for on-site staff to conduct micro-water test, gas supplement and avokd the seal face and seal ring damage arising from removal.
    8. 304 stainless steel is adopted for the sealed case, which prevents both moisture and corrosion.
